Accountant Specialist for our Pasadena, CA location:

Full Time

Monday-Friday

8am-5pm

​

 

Responsibilities:

​

1. Performs mid-level general ledger account reconciliation, verify accuracy of data, and report, identify, and correct errors made by both      internal and external personnel

2. Support timely monthly, quarterly, half-year, and year-end financial close, including assigned journal entries, balance sheet account       

    reconciliations, accruals, and overall maintenance of all operational management accounts

3. Assists in providing schedules and commentary with respects to operating maintenance accounts results and variances, and with the

    production of working capital, cash-flow reports, as well as applicable commentary

4. Maintain and update records and reports for sales, customer credit, collection, schedules

5. Maintains and balances subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions, and resolving discrepancies.

6. Prepare special financial reports as requested by management by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and

    trends.

7. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly activity reports when requested.

8. Record daily finance transactions

9. Perform other duties assigned

 

 

Qualification:

​​

1. 2-3 years accounting experience

2. AR Processing experience required

3. AA in Accounting or higher education

4. Must be able to work in an office setting (remote not offered).

5. QuickBooks experience required

6. Advanced Excel or Google sheets skills required

7. Ability to maintain confidentiality required

8. Korean Speaking - Our headquarters is in Korea, we are seeking a candidate that would be able to speak Korean.
