Dental Lab Manager for our Northridge, CA location:

Full Time

Monday-Friday

9am-6pm

​

 

Responsibilities:

​

• Manage the Lab and staff and train the staff as needed

• Participate in employee hiring process

• Handle all equipment professionally and make sure all equipment is repaired when needed.

• Manage and perform Model work, model trimming and diching, and mounting professionally

• Manage and perform stock abutment hand milling by surveyor & milling machine

• Manage and perform custom abutment (titanium, zirconia) design by 3shape CAD

• Manage and perform E MAX, ZIRCONIA (Anterior, Posterior)-Build up, Contouring, Stain, Glazing, and Finishing professionally

• Manage and perform all Ceramic (E MAX, foil veneer) production ALL PROCESS - Wax, invest, build-up, contouring, stain & glazing, finishing Professionally

• Manage and perform Gold Crown, Metal Crown, Metal Post - Wax up, invest, Casting and Finishing professionally

• Confirm product and sales (implant, regular zirconia, e max, etc.) delivery

• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing

 

 

Qualification:

​

• Dental Laboratory Management experience required

• Dental Laboratory Certificate or Degree preferred 

• Experience with Cad/Cam and 3Shape Cad required

• Experience training staff required

• Experience hiring staff required

​
