PREVENTING BONE DAMAGE

The unscrewing of a failed fixture is carried out
without causing any harm to the bone structure.
This enables the immediate placement of a same-diameter
implant without the need to wait for bone regeneration.

Our fixture remover is capable of safely removing
a fixture even when it's osseointegrated,
applying forces of up to 300Ncm.
If forces exceed this limit, it's advisable to reduce
pressure by gently grinding the bone
around the implant using a round bur or other appropriate tools.
