When using the LS-Reamer, it's advisable to position the side blade first and then gradually raise the reamer. During drilling, it's recommended to perform a pushing and pulling (pumping action) to enhance effectiveness. Utilize a speed of 200 RPM with irrigation to prevent heating during the procedure.
