Sinus Crestal Approach

SPECIAL STRUCTURE S-REAMER

The S-reamer boasts a unique design that ensures safety,
allowing it to make contact with the sinus membrane directly
while maintaining a 1mm margin of safety.

THIN BONE LAYER

When using the S-reamer during drilling,
it consistently creates a thin bone layer.
This thin bone layer serves as a safety buffer
between the sinus membrane and the reamer,
ensuring a safer surgical procedure.

Bi-cortical fixation or CMI fixation

ENHANCING IMPLANT STABILITY
in the SINUS AREA

The SCA Kit facilitates the creation of a small perforation in the inferior cortical bone,
allowing for engagement of the implant apex within the inferior cortical region.
This technique provides the option for achieving Bi-cortical or CMI fixation,
ensuring robust and clinically sound implant stability.
